Located in the municipal term of Zarza of Montánchez, from the magnificence of its port it derives its importance and showy, since dimensions of this oak are worthy of praise: it has a 16.40 meters height, the diameter of its goblet is 26 meters, and as for the perimeter of its trunk it is 7.76 meters at the level of the chest and 9.4 meters by the base.

"The Terrona Oak" lived between 700 and 800 years, being pilot and a part of the history of the zone. By the way which reflects its adjacencies, traditionally called "the Real Way", they are assembled the Knights of the Santiago Order towards the conquest of Montánchez.

It’s one of authentic jewel of nature, symbol of our sector, and which deserves all our respect and admiration.
